Ndukwe Chrisantus Amaeze
Ndukwe Chrisantus Amaeze is the founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of TCHIKAMALOR Global Nig. Ltd. He oversees the management of the Company’s different Strategic Business Units from inception to date. He has professional experiences ranging from Telecommunications, Media and Financial Services.
Prior to TCHIKAMALOR Global Nig. Ltd, Amaeze was at UBA Metropolitan Life Insurance Ltd, from January 2008 to September 2014. He rose to the position of Senior Account Executive with responsibility of developing the corporate clientele base ranging from Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Conglomerates, Multinationals, and other sectors of the economy. He was also responsible for brokers’ management, a very delicate aspect of the business. While at UBA Metropolitan, he received several performance awards and commendations such as Best Marketer of the year (2008), Most Improved Performance award (2009), Letter of Commendation on performance (2010), World Cup attendance award (South Africa 2010). Till he left the organization, he constantly met his Key Performance Index on a yearly basis.
Between March 2005 and December 2007 he was with Media24 Nigeria (a member of NASPERS Media Pty), where his job function included business development, risk and credit control etc. Based on his achievement as a Zonal Coordinator (East 1) and the management recognition of his skills and understanding of its strategic direction, he was promoted to a Merchandiser/Coordinator and brought back to Lagos to pioneer the new business model which saw a shift from the informal media product distribution to the formal distribution channels like Airlines, Hotels, Supermarkets and malls etc. thereby increasing the market share and revenue base of the company.
Amaeze was from July 2001 to March 2005 with Metropolitan Telecommunications Ltd, where he was responsible for the sales and installation of telecommunication and analogue mobile phones. He was also in charge of customer retention through an efficient CRM. At the advent of the GSM revolution in Nigeria, he managed the seamless integration of their clients from the analogue to the digital mobile networks while overseeing the company’s increase in customer base.
Amaeze has a B.Tech in Meteorology form the Federal University of Technology (FUT) Akure, Ondo State and a Commonwealth Executive MBA from the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) Canada in collaboration with National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He has attended numerous courses/conferences within and outside Nigeria and also belongs to several professional bodies. He is married with Children.
Azobu Ndukwe Lorna Ngozi
Mrs Azobu – Ndukwe Lorna Ngozi, holds a B.Sc. (Ed) in Economics from the Lagos State University, Ojo. Her Career spans over seven years in the Financial Services industry with experience in banking operations, retail and business banking, shared services, consumer banking and customer services.
Prior to her banking career, she had a brief stint with Bowen & Brown a human resource consulting firm as the P.A to the Principal Consultant. She brings to the board her wealth of experience in the Financial Services to bear on the prudent management of the company’s resources. She has attended several trainings within Nigeria and member of several bodies.
Oriaku Victoria Ulunma
Mrs. Oriaku Victoria Ulunma is a seasoned Educationist and business woman with over 30 years’ experience. She started her career as a classroom teacher mentoring little kids after completion of her Teachers Training (TTC), prior to her NCE qualification.
She has taught in several schools in Lagos State and is presently the Assistant Head Teacher of Fadu Memorial School Ejigbo Lagos Nigeria. She has attended several workshops and trainings on Education in Nigeria and belongs to many religious, social and professional bodies.
Oriaku Paschaline Chinasa
Bar. Oriaku Paschaline Chinasa is a legal expert with specialization in legal drafting & documentation, corporate practice and research. She is an Alumnus of Nigerian Law School, Alliance Francais and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
She started her post NYSC career with Alan & Ogunkeye where she had a brief stint before moving to ABFR & Co. Chinasa was amongst a team that undertook the merger and acquisition of an organization whilst at ABFR & Co. She is presently the Legal Adviser at Vibrant Ventures Ltd.
Chinasa has attended several conferences, seminars and trainings within Nigeria and a member of different professional bodies.
